About The Author
My name is Teresa Pelham and I’ve been a writer for three decades, having written for the Hartford Courant and many other publications. In addition to my three children’s books benefiting dog rescues, I was also commissioned to write a children’s book for Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation. I am the mother of three grown children and three step-children. My fiancé and I live in Farmington, Connecticut, and spend time at our cabin in Maine.

About Roxy & Stuey
Roxy and Stuey — both rescue dogs from Tennessee — are happy little brown dogs now living in Connecticut. Their human mom was so inspired by the love and dedication of the rescue volunteers who saved them that she wrote three books to benefit dog rescue.
Roxy’s favorite things include sleeping and meeting new dogs and new people. Stuey spends his days watching out the window for potential intruders and people walking down the street. They both love bully sticks and scratches behind their ears.
We can’t wait for your visit! We are doing a little research to learn all about you! See you soon!! Love, Mrs. Files’ Fabulous Firsties! #lovewins
